By using VoiceGram's platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of VoiceGram's SMS, WhatsApp API, Voice, IVR, RCS services. By registering, you accept these Terms.
2. Account & Obligations
You must provide accurate details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Fees & Payments
All fees exclusive of GST. No refunds for unused credits. Credits expire after 12 months.
4. Prohibited Use
No spam, fraudulent, or illegal content. Must comply with TRAI & DLT regulations. Zero-tolerance spam policy.
5. DLT & Privacy
You must obtain consents before sending messages. VoiceGram complies with IT Act, 2000. Indemnify against consent claims.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform rights belong to VoiceGram. No reselling or reverse engineering.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 15 days' notice. Violations lead to immediate suspension.
8. Disclaimer
Services provided "AS IS". No guarantee of uninterrupted delivery.
9. Liability Limit
Liability limited to amounts paid in last 3 months. No indirect damages.
10. Indemnification
You indemnify VoiceGram against claims from your use or violations.
11. Governing Law
Laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: New Delhi courts. Arbitration in New Delhi.
12. Modifications
VoiceGram may update Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
