As a business using VoiceGram, you are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from your end-users before sending promotional or transactional messages. We maintain DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registers as required by TRAI. You may withdraw consent by contacting us.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure servers to protect your data. Message logs are retained for 12 months for compliance and troubleshooting, after which they are anonymized or deleted. You may request data deletion by emailing info@voicegram.in.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located in India. For WhatsApp API integration, limited data may be shared with Meta's servers located outside India under their privacy shield commitments.
